CANCELLATION POLICY

In order to ensure the provision of high-quality care within a reasonable timeframe, I have implemented an appointment and cancellation policy. As appointments are in high demand, canceling your appointment in advance allows me to offer the time slot to another individual seeking timely care. This policy helps us optimize my appointment availability for all clients. I understand that circumstances may arise requiring you to cancel or reschedule your appointment. To avoid any inconvenience, please notify me at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. In such cases, your deposit will be applied towards a future appointment. However, appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the remaining balance of your service being charged to the card on file. If you cancel or reschedule three consecutive appointments, I reserve the right to decline future bookings. In such cases, your deposit will not be refunded and the standard cancellation fee will apply. This policy ensures appointment availability for clients who are committed to attending their scheduled services. Please note that if you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, it will be considered a no-show and the cancellation fee will be applied and your deposit fee will not be refunded.
